HuffPo: the future of blogging!
Time Magazine named The Huffington Post one of the best blogs of 2009 and it was recently ranked “the most powerful blog in the world.”
I’m assuming it’s not for its sports coverage.

Damn pinkos. In America we support our President or get the hell out.
…or am I about 9 months off with that…?
I do not in any way understand the enthusiasm people apparently harbor for HuffPo. (Quick aside: why is it “The Huffington Post” and “HuffPo”? Why isn’t it “The HuffPo”?) Most of the headlines give away the stupidity in the articles (and if not, the bylines: thanks for the educational wisdom, Jessica Alba!).
Apparently I’m supposed to take seriously the publication of “Hollywood’s Best Chests”. Ugh.
unfortunately for the PuffHos, Time Magazine is one of America’s stupidest magazines…
Actually, looking at the whole list, they pretty much nail it, with the glaring exception of Deadspin, which mostly blows these days.

Unfortunate? The ineptitude of traditional news magazines like Time has to got be a driving factor of HuffPo’s success…
