Because of the dire lack of baseball news, this week’s episode features the musical lives of baseball players, stemming from a video of Bronson Arroyo performing a Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty cover mashup. Other baseball player musicians discussed include Bernie Williams, Maury Wills, Barry Zito, a compilation of ballplayers on a CD, and Chase d’Arnaud.

This episode also brings another installment of “What Baseball Means to Me,” which features women and gender non-binary baseball fans and how they found baseball, what it means to them, and the highs and lows of being a baseball fan. This week’s episode features Stephanie Larson.
