Kyle Boddy has a critique of our two articles on throwing mechanics posted today (one on Ben Sheets and the other on throwing mechanics in general). Kyle is articulate, as usual. There is obviously not a consensus on “the right” pitching mechanics, on the Internet or elsewhere, and open dialog like this is in everyone’s best interests.
